How long does delivery take?
Items are shipped by ePacket which typically takes 14 working days. Please note that during the festive period this can be longer.

How to contact us?

My order has not arrived can i be refunded?                          Yes. If your order has not arrived within 40 days after you place it. Then we will fully refunded your order and try to arrange a free replacement be sent.

What size should i order? We always recommend ordering up one size larger than your regular fit. Our shirts are made a tight fit and this is why we advise you to do this. 

What courier do you use?
Items are normally sent via either ePacket-EMS or 4PX.

Is there a faster delivery option available?
Unfortunatley for no. In some cases we can send with royal mail which takes between 1-2 days but that is only with our small amount of stock we hold. 

What happens if i order the wrong size or add the wrong shipping address?
We allow 2 days until we dispatch your order so please get in touch within that time and we should be able to correct anything wrong with your order. Please check your address carefully before placing your order.

What is the refund policy?
You may return your item for a full refund up to 14 days from the date you receive your order. Please see https://www.theretrosoccerlocker.com/pages/shipping-and-returns for the full terms & conditions.

Can I exchange my item?
Please contact support@theretrosoccerlocker.com. If your item is in new condition with tags and packet we may be able to exchange it for you.

What materials are the shirts made from?
100% polyester. 

Are these shirts the originals ?
Our shirts are newly produced remakes of historic, out of production designs.

What is the returns address?
Please contact us via email before returning your item as the returns address varies depending on the item. 

Can I track my item?
Please email us a few days after your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received it after a week please contact us by email and we will give it to you.
